Applicants must submit and an essay of 500 to 1,000 words in Microsoft Word sharing their perspective on drunk driving and answering the following question: How can we prevent drunk driving and promote safe driving among young motorists? Applicants must also submit a digital photo of self, a copy of school transcripts or proof of enrollment, contact information (name, address, phone number), name and address of the school, a two or three sentence bio, and a signed parent waiver for applicants under 18 years old.
