Robert R. Robinson Scholarship

The Michigan Townships Association administers a scholarship fund established in memory of Robert R. Robinson, former executive director of the association. Scholarship recipients are selected from nominees submitted by a Michigan township board that is a member in good standing of the Michigan Townships Association. Scholarship applicants must be juniors, seniors, or graduate students enrolled in a Michigan college or university pursuing a degree in public administration and must be considering a career in local government administration. The scholarship is awarded on a competitive basis, as determined by the applicant's academic achievement, community involvement, and commitment to a career in local government administration.
